The AncesTREE Project

The AncesTree project was an interactive exhibit that invited the community to share a story related to culture and heritage and was to be held at the L-Space Gallery.

This project was successfully paid for through our fundraising campaign and one-of-a-kind bookmarks made by young artists.

As a result of Covid-19, the project did not take place at the proposed physical location, however, we had created a risk analysis in case a venue could not be secured prior to the situation that allowed for our project to be held successfully online.

Marketing Plan

As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator of AncesTREE, I created many social media touchpoints using Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin throughout our time fundraising and marketing as we transitioned into an online model where we continued our exhibit displaying volunteered stories. Through Instagram, we reflected our core values as a brand with guidelines on how to participate and send stories as well as our fundraising initiatives.
