Drafted a Recruitment and Selection Plan for Paprika Theatre Festival. Prepared a schedule of the recruitment process, a job description and posting for the position, researched and recommended appropriate compensation, and prepared an in-person interview questionnaire and scoring sheet that would be used to evaluate each candidate.

Drafted a Board Development Plan for Paprika Theatre Festival. Identified and explained two Board Governance policies critical to the success of the Board's work and drafted these board policies as well as prepared a Board Evaluation process to solicit feedback and monitor board engagement and satisfaction. 

In a group, identified and presented on a workplace issue that is common in the sector that applied to Gallery 1313 such as managing performance in the workplace. The policy created is the Employee Performance Review Policy with an education plan and other references to be used to educate staff and ensure adherence to legislation. Also outlined a complaint/incident resolution procedure that would accompany the policy.
